Snowdon Charity Bike Hike
Mer 03 Mawrth 2010
The Snowdon Marathon Bike Hike, a fun charity bike ride and takes place on the first week-end in 6th & 7th March, challenges cyclists to cycle the famous Snowdon Marathon Course around the foot of Snowdon. Starting at the Cwellyn Arms, Rhyd Ddu, from where the event is organised, cyclists follow the picturesque route via Llanberis, Pen y Pass, Nant Gwynant, Beddgelert returning to the Cwellyn. It is not a race, but a fun day’s cycle with attentive stewards on duty throughout and has attracted everyone from the keen cyclists to family groups, all obtaining sponsorship to finish. And at the end you will get the famous bowl of Chef’s soup & roll and all those who produce sponsorship money will receive a Special Certificate of Appreciation.
