Fundraising

It costs around 4 million to maintain our hospice services, most of which has to be raised through voluntary fundraising. We receive 17% of our total income from statutory sources i.e. NHS, Department of Health and The Welsh Assembly Government; the rest is donated by caring members of the general public, social groups and clubs, schools and colleges, companies and grant making trusts.

There are many ways in which people help us all of which enable us to continue to care for terminally ill children and their families.

Individuals

Hope House Fundraisers organise many events during the year from Fun Runs and Santa Runs to Balls and Ladies Lunches. Details are always posted on our website in both the News section and the Fundraising Events sections. If you would like to know more about what is happening in your area please contact Louise on 01691 671671 or contact fundraising@hopehouse.org.uk.

If however you would like to organise your own fundraising event for example a coffee morning, dinner dance,  silent auction, or a sponsored slim then please complete a fundraising registration from available from Louise. Once your fundraising event has been registered we will support you and can provide you with fundraising materials for example balloons, banners, sponsor forms etc.
