The popular Hundred House seasonal lunch is back!!!

The Hundred House have been awarded two AA Rosettes for 18 consecutive years and have also received numerous well deserved awards during recent years including Best Kept Secret Award, Best Posh Nosh in Shropshire and Best Restaurant in Shropshire.

Executive Head Chef, Stuart Phillips, will start the afternoon with a short talk / demonstration. Lunch will be a delicious three courses, using fresh ingredients from the hotel extensive Herb Garden and at the end of the lunch guests will get the chance to have a tour of the hotel’s award winning gardens.

Menu

Starter:

Pork, cider and tarragon rillette with piccalilli, apple relish, toasted sour dough and rocket salad.

Vegetarian option- Squash, butterbean and sage paté with piccalilli, apple relish, toasted sour dough and rocket salad.

Main Course:

Light oak smoked chicken breast with parsnip pearl barley risotto, honey roasted carrots and caraway buttered greens.

Vegetarian option- Courgette, spinach, feta and pine nut filo parcel, with parsnip pearl barley risotto, honey roasted carrots and caraway buttered greens

Dessert:

Cinnamon and apple cheesecake with honey Greek yoghurt and blackberry coulis.
