Hourly rate: £8.72 - £9.09 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join us on a temporary contract for up to 6 months (or until the substantive post holder returns). The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated and well organised person preferably with retail experience to assist in running our charity shop Bridgnorth. Previous management or supervisory experience would be an advantage as you will be assisting with training and motivating a team of volunteers.

You will also be responsible for working to sales targets, sales floor displays and the preparation of donated goods for sale. Computer literacy is essential to manage the EPOS tilling system.

The ideal candidate will have the availability for an immediate start.
