The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Harlescott.

About the role: you will support the Hub Manager in the performance of the shop, maximising profitability and evaluating performance through the EPOS system.  Drive and enthusiasm are key as is effective leadership to deliver high standards of customer and donor experience of the charity whilst delivering on key performance indicators. 

Working and recruiting volunteers is a great motivation; you will engage with them to deliver on the charity standards, creating a positive shopping experience and processing and presenting our shops to a high standard.

We would welcome applications from people with experience or with transferrable skills that are looking to progress into the retail sector and develop on our Stepping into Management programme. If you have the special qualities we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
