Assistant Shop Manager - Harlescott Shop Location Harlescott Shop Salary £11,454 - £12,144 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours Part time – 22.5 hours over 3 days per week to include working weekends Closing Date Sunday 22nd May 2022 Interview Date Wednesday 25th May 2022 The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Harlescott. About the role: you will support the Hub Manager in the performance of the shop, maximising profitability and evaluating performance through the EPOS system. Drive and enthusiasm are key as is effective leadership to deliver high standards of customer and donor experience of the charity whilst delivering on key performance indicators. Working and recruiting volunteers is a great motivation; you will engage with them to deliver on the charity standards, creating a positive shopping experience and processing and presenting our shops to a high standard.
