The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Nantwich. You will support the Manager in the performance of the shop, maximising profitability and evaluating performance through the EPOS till system. Drive and enthusiasm are key as is effective leadership to deliver high standards of customer and donor experience whilst delivering on key performance indicators. Recruiting and training volunteers is really important to us; you will engage with them to deliver our charity standards; creating a positive shopping experience and presenting our shops to a high standard.
