The role is on a part time, permanent basis working 22.5 hours over 3 days per week (every Sunday and two days Monday-Saturday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, first class organiser preferably with retail experience to help manage our charity shop in Oswestry. Previous management or supervisory experience would be an advantage as you will be recruiting, training and motivating a team of volunteers.

You will also be responsible for working to sales targets, sales floor displays and the preparation of donated goods for sale. Computer literacy is essential to manage the EPOS tilling system.
