Our counsellors can offer counselling to all families using the services at Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith.
Counselling for families who use Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith is available free of charge and is open to parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters. Family members can be seen individually, as couples or whole families by experienced and qualified counsellors. Our counselling support can start as soon as you begin to use Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith and continue for as long as you wish.
Our Counselling Service is BACP accredited and adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
A Bereavement Support and Counselling Service is available free of charge to members of the communities of Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales who have experienced the death of a child under the age of 25 years in any circumstances.
Children and young people (under the age of 25 years) can also access bereavement support and counselling if they have been affected by the death of a brother or sister, or a significant person through trauma or sudden and unexpected illness.
This support may be provided by experienced members of the counselling, social work or sibling support teams.
