Staff at Hope House Children’s Hospices respect the cultural and spiritual beliefs and backgrounds of all ethnic groups and take steps to ensure care is accessible and acceptable to all service users, staff and the wider community. We are fully committed to the reality of diversity and wish to support all who need us, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, class or age. We will be guided by families to ensure we provide the care and support that is important to them. We will make every attempt to provide meals and accommodation arrangements which suit individual families. We have private rooms which can be used for prayer and have contacts with a variety of faith leaders. We will happily engage with families’ own spiritual or religious representatives and they are welcome to visit the hospice at any time.
