The popular Hope House cycle challenge is back in 2018 and will be returning to its roots – the original cycle ride to either Lake Vyrnwy or Lake Bala.
This fabulous event starts and finishes at Hope House (SY10 9BX) and in previous years has seen over 200 cyclists taking part. The event is supported by Mule Cycle Club Oswestry and Stan's Cycles.
You can choose the 56 mile route to Lake Vyrnwy, or the 70 mile route to Lake Bala which returns via Bwlch y Groes – one of the highest public road mountain passes in Wales with a summit altitude of 545 metres!
It costs just £25 to register in advance. We also urge everyone to raise sponsorship to help us continue our vital work with serious ill children and their families.
Cyclists will be provided with refreshments at our halfway feed station and treated to a delicious afternoon tea upon return to Hope House.
Start time for the 70 mile route is 8.30 am. View the route here.
Start time for the 56 mile route is 9.30 am. View the route here.
