Fundraising Declaration

I understand that Hope House & Ty Gobaith do not provide liability insurance for the protection of those participating in my fundraising activity. I agree to observe all rules of law, by-laws and regulations relevant to fundraising and in particular will comply in all respects with the provisions of the Charities Act 1992. I therefore agree to indemnify the Charity in respect of any costs, claims, loss or liability whatsoever suffered by myself (including reasonable legal costs and disbursements) as a result of my fundraising. I agree to have in place the appropriate insurance cover in order to indemnify the Charity from any claims arising from injury or loss resulting from the participation in an event. I confirm that all the information I have provided is true to the best of my knowledge and that any monies raised on behalf of Hope House Children’s Hospices will be sent in full within 28 days of the event.
