Job Overview

Hope House Children’s Hospices’ needs to deliver a new Care Strategy to ensure we can reach every child and family that needs us.

As Head of Quality and Assurance you will develop, assess and report on Hope House Children’s Hospices’ ongoing ability to deliver safe, responsive and well led children’s palliative care in our hospices and local communities in line with regulator, policy and best practice standards. You will play a key role in developing and delivering our new Care Strategy and mentoring our enthusiastic team as this strategy is implemented.

Hope House and Ty Gobaith are very special places and we need someone equally as special in this exciting new role. You will have experience in a similar position including line management of a multidisciplinary team and be evidence and quality driven. You will be creative and be able to think outside of the box, organised and full of ideas but happy to work collaboratively with others. A sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
