The Role

You will be an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer working within our Estates and Facilities department, providing an excellent maintenance service to our retail buildings and estates. You will have good all-round knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations and be confident resolving maintenance problems. 

You will have a background in building, fitting or maintenance with a hands on practical approach. Record keeping will also be an important aspect of the role, as will basic IT skills.  You will have a flexible approach to work which may occasionally be during the weekend or out of hours to address emergencies.

Your role will include: planned preventative maintenance, shop refurbishment projects, general building repairs, groundworks and health and safety inspections.

You will be required to provide your own transport; mileage expenses will be reimbursed at 45p per mile.
