The Role

Hope House Children’s Hospices is a centre of excellence for children’s palliative care ensuring every family facing the death of a child gets the very best care and support when and where they need it.

We are recruiting an effective leader with outstanding communication and people skills to manage the continuous delivery of nursing care in the hospice, at home and in the community. You will put the children and families at the heart of everything we do and use our resources carefully to deliver responsive, safe and effective care.

Reporting to the Head of Care, you will be joining a new leadership team of three managers: Pathways Manager, Nursing Manager and Therapies Manager. You will lead the nursing and clinical team to deliver outstanding care and will be instrumental in promoting exacting standards of clinical care, reducing health inequalities and developing our care workforce through compassionate and inclusive leadership.

Now is a truly exciting time to join our dynamic and forward-looking organisation with a new structure and the formation of the Care Leadership Team. This growth has created a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to shape and lead our large care team and play an active role in improving and developing services and delivering our Care Strategy.

Join us and together let's make sure no one faces the death of a child alone.
