Job Overview

In this role you will take responsibility for the management of the Retail Hub for our North Wales and Cheshire area, managing the shop and attached warehouse, and providing logistical support to the other shops in the area. This support will include warehousing, stock distribution and rotation, delivery of retail supplies and new goods, and support for online sales. You will maximise revenue using your commercial flair, ensuring the operational costs of the hub are covered and a profit contribution is generated.

You will take responsibility for the line management, motivation and performance of staff, shop support drivers and volunteers. You will be a firm but enabling leader who sparks enthusiasm and performance

This is a significant role which will see you playing a pivotal part in delivering our retail strategy as well as contributing to operational targets and business objectives.
