37.5 hours per week (working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis)

The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shop Manager to join our team in Nantwich.

The role involves managing and co-ordinating the daily retail activities for the shop, including:

Leading a team of committed staff and highly engaged volunteers, the successful candidate will spark enthusiasm with proven ability of operating within a managerial role, and well-developed team building skills. This will include utilising our volunteers skill sets and motivating them to deliver great customer service and perform tasks in line with our charity standards.

The successful candidate will be creative, adaptable and organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and delegate will help you drive the success of the shop. You’ll use your strong IT skills to manage the EPOS tilling system, using the data available to meet targets, maximise revenue and ensure profit contribution is generated.

Being a confident communicator, the successful candidate use their commercial flair to engage with the local community to generate stock as well as working in collaboration with colleagues across the Retail community.
