You can help either on the sales floor serving customers, assisting with merchandising or help behind the scenes preparing donated stock for sale - or have a go in both areas! Please tell us if there are any retail related skills you would like to gain- we might be able to help! We can provide you with a Record of Achievement and a volunteer reference after you have volunteered with us for a few months.

If you are aged 16 to 25, you can participate in our Retail Skills Programme, where you will be mentored through a varied programme that encourages you to have a go at the tasks involved in running a successful charity shop, gaining skills in areas such as customer service, sales, merchandising, team work and employability traits.
