At Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith it's our mission to ensure that every local child with a life-threatening condition, and their family, receives the professional care they need to live their best life.

We recently met little Alaw, who can’t sit up, crawl, or walk - but when she goes swimming with our physiotherapist Sophie, she’s full of joy and giggles non-stop. For her mum and dad, Ffion and Barry, her swimming sessions are miraculous ‘inchstones’ in a world where everything else is measured in ‘milestones’.

It’s because of your support for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith that children like Alaw, and their families, are able to access vital professional care and comfort now and in the future.

But sadly, not every child gets these special moments.
