This phenomenal giving is sparked by the promise that every donation will be doubled or, as we like to put it, one donation, twice the impact. Get in touch We need your help Last year our incredible supporters helped raise an incredible £816,428 to make Quality Moments Matter for children and their families. This incredible generosity has meant a year of fun and adventures, experiences and giggles that have helped every child live their best life. But this was only made possible by our fantastic Matchers who together donated an initial £250,000 Match Pot to make our whole matched giving campaign possible. Your £2,500 donation will raise £5,000 to pay for exciting outings with nurses to beaches, zoos and boat trips making little dreams come true. Your £5,000 donation will raise £10,000 to fund specialist play equipment at both hospices. Therapeutic play helps reduce anxiety and distress in the children we care for. Your £10,000 donation will raise £20,000 to fund a whole year of hydrotherapy sessions, giving children the opportunity to achieve a sense of wellbeing in the soothing waters of our pool. Your £20,000 donation will raise £40,000 to continue to develop our gardens and grounds, play areas, forest schools and fairy gardens where the children have their best adventures. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Get in touch Frequently asked questions Our 2026 Quality Moments Matter campaign is taking place over 36 hours on November 22nd and 23rd. How will the Quality Moments Matter campaign work? ▶ The Quality Moments Matter campaign is hosted on a unique crowdfunding platform. A number of our most generous supporters become Matchers, pledging a collective £250,000 of match funding. This is the incentive that inspires local communities to give during the campaign and have their donations doubled. Other key supporters become ‘Team Champions’ and inspire and motivate their networks to give by sharing content we provide on social media during the 36 hours period. Why 36 hours? ▶ 36 hours creates a sense of urgency. The Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith communities responded incredibly well to this emotive call to action in previous years and we believe they will again. Will you publicly acknowledge my support? ▶ We would be delighted to include your name and company logo on our online platform and web page. This year we will also be creating a video to tell everyone about the importance of our Matchers. We are also able to tell your story on LinkedIn and are happy to discuss other ways you might like to have your brand acknowledged to inspire and encourage others, but the decision is entirely yours. You can see some of the incredibly generous Matchers who have supported last years campaign above. What will £500,000 make possible? ▶ £500,000 will enable us to give every local child with a life-threatening condition and their families the best quality of life. Without that £500,000, we’ll still be able to meet the children’s clinical care needs, but we won’t be able to offer the added quality experiences like days out and therapeutic play. We want to make Quality Moments Matter for all. What happens if you don’t reach the campaign target during those 36 hours? ▶ We sincerely hope that our 2026 campaign will be as successful as previous years. However if we don’t reach our target we will ask you to fulfill a proportion of your pledge equivalent to the proportion of the money raised. So for example, if we raise half the amount we are aiming for, we would only ask you to pay a minimum of 50% of your pledge. If you would like to donate the full amount that is entirely your decision.
