Get your schools moving this November and help create Quality Moments that Matter.

We are inviting students to take part in our school-friendly take on the popular HYROX events designed to work in PE lessons or as a one-off event.

Sign up is free, but we encourage every student to donate or raise a minimum of £5 sponsorship. 

Every £1 raised will be doubled as part of our Quality Moments Matter campaign, helping local children with life-threatening conditions and their families have magical experiences and quality moments to remember.

How does SchoolRox work?

You can organise your SchoolRox event either in your weekly PE lessons or as a one off event.

You will need a space to set up 5 activity stations plus a 100m run area. We will provide you with suggested stations that are school friendly, and don’t require any gym equipment. However you can make the event work to suit you and your students needs.

Participants will be timed on each station and the fastest student will top your leaderboard!
