I understand that by completing this form I am officially registering my school to take part in the Hope House & Ty Gobaith Dragons’ Lair Challenge and confirm that as a school we will ensure that, at the minimum, the amount invested by Hope House & Ty Gobaith will be repaid to the charity. I agree to observe all rules of law, by-laws and regulations relevant to fundraising and in particular will comply in all respects with the provisions of the Charities Act 1992. I therefore agree to indemnify the Charity in respect of any costs, claims, loss or liability whatsoever suffered by myself (including reasonable legal costs and disbursements) as a result of my fundraising. I agree to have in place the appropriate insurance cover in order to indemnify the Charity from any claims arising from injury or loss resulting from the participation in a fundraising activity.
