• You agree to pay the £50 registration fee by the 30^th July. This is non refundable after 19^th December 2026.
• You agree to raise the minimum £2,000 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) and that the total amount raised is paid to the charity by 1^st June 2027
• You agree to aim to hit the below fundraising milestones in order to ensure you reach the minimum sponsorship amount. If you don’t reach these milestones you accept that your place could be at risk.
  • £500 to be raised by 1^st December 2026
  • £1,000 to be raised by 1^st March 2027
  • £1,500 to be raised by race day (25^th April 2026)
• If you choose not to run you will need to inform the charity before 19^th December 2026 If you choose not to participate after this date you will be held liable for the minimum sponsorship.
• If you have to withdraw from the event (due to injury, sickness or personal circumstances) after the 5^th January 2027 please contact Hope House Children’s Hospices before the day of the run.  In these instances your place may be deferred to the following year and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions that the charity publishes for the subsequent event.  Your sponsorship will not be required until the year you participate. You need to let the charity know as soon as possible so that arrangements can be put in place. We will not be able to guarantee we can defer your place after this date and you may need to repay the £50 registration fee
• You accept that travel and accommodation are not included.
• You accept that you are taking part in the event at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to compete, seeking medical advice if necessary.
• You agree that your image can be used to promote the work of the charity and to promote the event. If you would prefer not to, please let us know as soon as possible
