Tandem Skydive

This is your chance to fulfill the dream of a lifetime! Skydive from 10,000 feet on 28th September, 2024, and make a huge difference for the children and families in our care.

See the amazing views over the Shropshire countryside on the way up before sliding to the edge of the plane door. Freefall for up to 30 seconds before the parachute opens at about 5,000 feet above the ground – and enjoy!

What support will I get?

You’ll be supported every step of the way by one of Skydive Tilstock’s professional instructors.

Our skydivers jump for free and will receive fundraising help and support from us right up until the big day. We'll also be there at the airfield to cheer you on from the ground!

What you need to know:

• There is a non-refundable booking fee of £50 when you enter which we will pay to Tilstock Airfield to secure your place.

• All skydiving superheroes are to raise a minimum of £400 in sponsorship, with £180 of this target needing to be raised by the date of your skydive.

• There are strict height, weight, age and medical restrictions for skydiving which you must check before booking. Check you can skydive by reading these basic requirements on Tilstock Airfield’s website here. They will also be included in your fundraising and information pack.

• When you book your place, we will ask you to declare your current height and weight fully clothed, and with shoes on which will be passed to Tilstock Airfield. Please check the requirements here.

• The maximum age for skydiving is 70 and the minimum age is 16. Anyone under 18 must have the written consent of a parent or guardian.

• You will be required to sign a medical declaration and may potentially need a sign-off from your doctor before skydiving. 

• Due to weather conditions, skydives are subject to last-minute cancellations and delays when the weather is not suitable or safe for jumping. Please be prepared to wait all day, even if you have an early check-in time. If your skydive is cancelled, it can be rescheduled to suit you.
