The Tŷ Gobaith Tiger popped into Ysgol Penyffordd, near Chester, after pupils there raised almost £400.

Budding business pupils from Years Three and Four held an enterprise challenge and voted to support local children and families by donating their £397.

Our fundraiser, Nicky Eyes escorted the Tŷ Gobaith Tiger along to a special assembly at the school to thank the pupils and talk about our services and impact.

Nicky shared: “It’s so heart warming when young children choose to support us.

“We’re very grateful to the staff for steering the project and their donation will fund the vital respite stays and therapies we provide.

“A huge thanks to everybody at Ysgol Penyffordd.”
