Do I need previous experience? Expand For many of our roles, you need no more than enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference in your community. There are some more specific roles where we may ask for professional experience and qualifications. Will it be a big commitment? Expand It doesn’t have to be. For most roles we can be flexible to fit around the times when you’re free. Usually, you can try a taster session to see if you like the role.
